2. What the app does
The app helps people organize and find amateur football matches: you can create a match, join one, chat with its players and rate each other afterwards. We provide the tool. We do not organize the matches, own or rent the fields, or supervise what happens at them.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You need one account per person, with your real name and correct details, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
4. Free to use, paid for by ads
Using the app costs nothing. It is financed by advertising shown in marked spaces inside the app. See the privacy notice for how ads use your data and how to control that.
5. Matches and money between players
A match is an arrangement between its organizer and its players. The quota shown on a match is each player's share of the field cost, set by the organizer and paid to the organizer directly. We do not handle, hold or guarantee any payment, and we are not a party to it. The "paid" mark is only the organizer's own note.
Organizers must describe the match truthfully, have the right to use the field, and cancel in the app if the match will not happen. Players who join should show up or leave the match in good time.
6. Playing is at your own risk
Football is a physical sport and injuries happen. You take part in any match at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, fitness, equipment and insurance. We do not check players, organizers or fields.
7. How to behave
- Be respectful in matches, in the chat and in your profile.
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, or content that is illegal or that you have no right to share.
- Vote honestly. Do not rate people to punish or favour them, trade votes, or use extra accounts to change scores.
- Do not try to break, overload or copy the app, or collect other players' data from it.
8. Ratings and scores
Skill, behaviour and reliability scores are calculated automatically from other players' votes and from attendance recorded by organizers. They are opinions of players, not statements by us, and they are only used inside the app. If you believe a vote or a no-show mark is abusive, write to us and we will look at it.
9. What you post
Your photos, field pictures and messages remain yours. You allow us to store and show them in the app as its features require. Do not upload pictures of other people without their agreement. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
10. Suspending and closing accounts
You can delete your account at any time under Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable.
11. Availability and our liability
We work to keep the app running and correct, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens at or around matches, for dealings between users, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. We will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. Contact us first and we will try to sort things out. You may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to the courts.
